Selected stalls get a 10 × 10 ft pitch for the whole event.

- ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.Applications are accepted online only.
- ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ 40 ಮಳಿಗೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸ್ಥಳ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಮಳಿಗೆ ಅಳತೆ 10×10.Only the stalls chosen by the selection committee are allotted space. Each stall is 10 × 10 ft.

- ಸಮಯ: ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಸಂಜೆ 4:00 ರಿಂದ ರಾತ್ರಿ 9:00; ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 2 ಮತ್ತು 3 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10:00 ರಿಂದ ರಾತ್ರಿ 9:00.Timings: Daily 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm; on 2 and 3 October 10:00 am – 9:00 pm.
- ಮಳಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಊಟೋಪಚಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.No meals or allowances of any kind will be provided to stall holders.
